Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Services (Digital Delivery)
For all our IT, AI, software, and consulting services, no physical shipping is involved.
Deliverables are typically provided via secure digital channels such as email, WhatsApp, or cloud-based platforms/servers.
Turnaround time and delivery format depend on the specific service and will be communicated during onboarding.
2. Physical Products (Hardware, Kits, Devices, etc.)
Currently, we offer shipping of physical products only within India.
Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners and delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
Shipping details and tracking information will be shared with the customer once the product is dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time ranges between 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, natural calamities, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Some products may be eligible for free shipping, subject to promotions or offers.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order placement.
Avycore will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at support@avycore.com with your order ID and tracking information.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Services (IT, AI, Software, Consulting, etc.)
All payments made towards services such as AI solutions, software development, IT consulting, and digital deployments are non-refundable.
Once a service has been initiated, partially or fully, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.
In the event of service delays caused solely by Avycore, appropriate credit or extension may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Physical Products (Tangible Deliverables)
If you receive a physical product (e.g., devices, kits, or hardware components) with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@avycore.com.
Upon inspection:
- If the defect is repairable, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
- If the defect is not repairable, a full refund or replacement will be offered, subject to verification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
3. How to Raise a Request
Email us at support@avycore.com with your order ID, contact information, and a detailed description (including images or videos if applicable).
Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days with further instructions.
4. Exemptions
Customized or specially ordered items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer negligence will not qualify for refund or replacement.

Avycore reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
